At MEGA FINANCE LIMITED, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights and the procedure for returning products purchased from our online store.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.

1. 14-DAY RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exclusions under UK law.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling during this period.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To help us process your return efficiently, returned products should, where reasonably possible:

Be in their original condition;
Include their original packaging, accessories, manuals and other items supplied with the product; and
Include proof of purchase or order details.

You may inspect goods as you would reasonably be able to do in a physical shop. However, if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund for any reduction in value, where permitted by law.

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, please contact MEGA FINANCE LIMITED and provide:

Your full name;
Order number;
Details of the product you wish to return;
The reason for return, where applicable; and
Photographs if the product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please do not send products back without including sufficient information for us to identify your order.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, where permitted by law and where the customer was informed of this requirement.

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect due to our error, we will deal with the return in accordance with your statutory rights and will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.

6. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, not as described, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, this may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products may be excluded from the standard right to cancel or return where permitted by law. These can include:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery;
Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Sealed audio, video or computer software where the seal has been broken; and
Other products that are legally exempt from cancellation rights.

This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

8. EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an eligible product, please contact us.

Where an exchange is unavailable, you may need to return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

9. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process any refund that is due and notify you accordingly.

Where you validly exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will issue the refund within the time required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For eligible cancellations, the refund will include the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to credit the refund to your account after we have processed it.

10. ORDERS PAID USING FINANCE

If your purchase was made using a finance or credit arrangement, any refund may also be subject to the terms of your finance agreement and the requirements of the relevant finance provider.

Where applicable, refunds may be paid directly to the finance provider or used to reduce or settle the outstanding finance balance rather than being paid directly to you.

Please contact us if you need information regarding the treatment of a refund for an order purchased using finance.

11. CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DISPATCH

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to receive and return the goods in accordance with this policy.

12. CONSUMER RIGHTS

This Refund & Return Policy is intended to operate alongside your rights under applicable UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or reduce any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
